We send your order within 24 hours. If you order before mid-afternoon we post it the same day. Otherwise, first thing next morning. For UK orders we use Royal Mail. Overseas orders by Royal Mail Airmail We offer a full refund on all online purchases if they are returned, in the condition they were sold, within 14 days. The purchaser is responsible for return postage and packaging costs. We refund monies to the Paypal account, or card, used for the original transaction within 48 hours of receiving the items for refund. We give a 30 day freedom-from-defect guarantee on all phones that we sell. New batteries and chargers have a 1 year freedom-from-defect guarantee. Payment is made to Andrew Preston, who owns BBD Classic Mobiles. We accept payment online. All payment processing is done through the Paypal secure payment system. You can pay securely for your order from your Paypal account, or pay through Paypal with your Debit or Credit Card. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your Debit or Credit Card. We see none of your financial or debit/credit card details. We see only... 1. Your e-mail address, to thank you for your order. 2. Your contact telephone number, if supplied, in case there is a problem. 3. Your postal address to send your order.
